Rough Draft (PLANS) due 8/25
1)Laos Soup--- Ka-Poon
Whenever there was a big party or just hanging out, my mom would bring out the "big pot" and would cook ka poon. Even though there is *ton* of soup, its gone by the end of the night. Sometimes it would last for about 3 days max. I love the sensational feeling of the hot soup trickling down my throat. A hint of spice and tang still on my taste buds as an explosion of flavor erupts in my stomach. Too irresistible to not have seconds... if I had to only choose one food to eat forever it would definitely be ka poon. When my stomach gets bloated and I feel as though i'm going to explode in a million pieces, I still can't resist the provokitive new steaming bowl waiting in the kitchen...
